  • Up for auction are 8 glock boxes plus accessories shown. The boxes are like new and come with mag loader, cleaning rod, cleaning brush tip, paperwork, gun lock and hard case. The winner will receive 8 boxes. The model, calibers and generations will vary from 380acp, 9mm, 10mm, 40S&W, 357sig,380acp and 45acp. Lots of 9MM lately more than others calibers. These will be random generations and calibers. .
Payment Information Shipping & Returns
  • Once an auction has ended you will receive an email from us listing all information needed to complete the auction. Please email us back letting us know you received the email and list the dealer handling the transfer for you.
  • Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Feel free to email us prior to bidding if you need special arrangements for payment. We will try to work something out with you. If you are unable to fulfill these requirements a non-paying bidder report will be filed with Gunbroker. As per Gunbroker policy we will also post feedback.
  • We accept Money orders, Certified & personal checks. If paying with a personal check please expect a week delay for the check to clear the bank.
  • The following credit cards are also accepted Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
  • Please note that the prices listed on Gunbroker reflect a 4% cash discount. If paying with a credit card/debitcard we will add 4% to the total invoice.
  • Illinois residents will have 8% added to their total for state sales tax.
  • All firearms must be shipped to a FFL holder. We cannot ship any firearm until we receive a copy of your dealers FFL. Please have your dealer put your name or auction number on the FFL. They can fax the FFL to 815-756-2292 or E-Mail it to dieselfirearms@gmail.com. An email link is listed below.
  

  • On shipping prices please refer to what we indicate on the auction site under the shipping section. Please note that.Shipping to AK or HI will incur additional shipping cost. Please email us prior to bidding for a quote. Non-firearm auctions will be charged the amount listed on Gunbroker under shipping cost.
  • Orders are shipped within two business days of receiving payment and FFL(if required for the auction).
  • You will receive a UPS tracking number or a USPS delivery confirmation number depending on how the item is shipped. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
  • If you purchase multiple items from us we will combine orders to cut down shipping cost for you.
  • We do allow local pick-up on firearms. Please note that an additional $10 paperwork fee will be added to in store pick-ups. Some items listed may not be available for immediate pick-up in store. All IL. state 24 and 72 hour business day wait periods do apply.
  • We do not ship any items internationally.
  • If an item is damaged during shipment, you must save the box and file a claim with the shipping company. We will assist you in any way possible to help in this process.
  • On new items we do allow a 3 day inspection period from the date of delivery. During this 3 day period the firearm must remain in the FFL’s possession. In order for us to accept the return of the firearm you must adhere to the following guidelines: firearms cannot be fired or leave possession of the dealer performing the initial transfer, item must remain in new condition and be returned with all original contents.
  • All returns are to be authorized by us prior to shipping. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns, unless the item is not as described. The shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Diesel Firearms does not warranty any of the items sold unless noted. All items sold factory new are warranted by the manufacture and should be contacted direct by the consumer. Used and Surplus guns are sold as-is and no warranty is expressed or implied.
  • For an additional charge of $30 we will ship any long gun in a new Plano scoped rifle hard case.

  • We do accept trades. Please email us a description and pictures of the item or items you would like to trade.
  • If we have an item you would like to see in person please call/E-mail us to set up an appointment.
  • We are very competitive when it comes to pricing. Feel free to email us any question in regards to prices or multiple purchases.
  • At Diesel Firearms we do our best to keep our auction listings up to date; however on rare occasions an item may be sold in the store prior to us pulling the auction. You can email us prior to bidding to verify the item is in stock. If the item has been sold in the store we will make every effort to notify you immediately and come up with a possible replacement ideas. We will do our best to make you happy. Customers satisfaction is our goal.
  • The firearms offered have not been test fired. We recommend that all used or surplus firearms be checked over by a gunsmith prior to firing. Along with this all used and surplus firearms will need a cleaning prior to firing.
  • Diesel Firearms does not assume any liability for typographical errors and incorrect pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to the errors listed above.
  

  • Diesel Firearms sells a wide variety of firearms and some may not be legal in your area. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your local and state laws prior to bidding. If your item is found to not be compliant with your laws a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will be incurred for return of the item. All return policies listed must also be followed or the item will be refused.
