We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.

We reserve the right to require additional time to process your order if needed. Examples: unusually high order volume, shipping delays, Holidays, Tax Refund Season, times of crisis Ex. COVID-19

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of the listing ending; no payment will result in the process of filing a non paying bidder claim. 

All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express; Paypal is not accepted

If you need to send a check or money order please note we recommend you send it with tracking because we will not be held responsible if it does not make it to us.

Know Your State Laws

It is your responsibility to know your city/state laws to ensure the product you are buying is legal to own. If you are unsure if it is legal, ask your local FFL or use google. We are not experts in your state laws.

If you live in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York it is especially important that you verify what you are buying is legal to own in your state.

If you are LEO, Military Exempt, or have a permit/license, please let us know before purchasing or immediately after. A copy of your identification/permit will be required before shipping.  

If an order cannot be completed due to your state laws, the order will be canceled and will be subject to our cancellation fees.

Shipping 

When you order ships you will get a tracking email and message through gunbrokers notifications, note it will be sent to your email on file with gunbroker. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

All Firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer.

If your order is time sensitive contact us before buying, we cannot guarantee every order will be delivered within X number of days unless previously contacted.

We reserve the right to use the most reasonably priced shipping provider USPS, UPS, FEDEX and other smaller shipping services. If for some circumstance you need a specific shipping provider, you may be subject to additional shipping charges if that provider is more than our cheapest shipping provider.

Shipping to non continental 48 (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico) will be subject to a minimum additional shipping charge of $35, if your shipping exceeds the listings shipping charge plus additional charge you will be contacted before shipping.

Non firearm orders over $500 will be shipped with signature required 

If you want to upgrade shipping please notify us as soon as possible for a quote, depending on the status of the order we may not be able to change it.

All firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer.

Order Fulfillment & Processing

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee in addition to any fees incurred.

Return Policy

 Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

1. Items returned without prior authorization.
2. Items used, altered or not in original packaging.
3. All ammunition sales are final. 
4. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt. 
5. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork. (Examples are Suppressors, SBR’s, SBS’s, AOW, ETC..)

You may return: New unopened non firearm items, Within 15 days from the date of delivery 

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs.

-Returning Firearms

Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.

If you purchase a firearm through one or our listings and you have not transferred the firearm into your name (completed 4473)

Then you may return: New unused firearms,Within 15 days from the date of delivery 

Return Authorization

If we choose to issue a return authorization, you will receive a full refund less a restocking fee of up 20% and cost of return shipping.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs if it has not been transferred via 4473.

If the item is defective after the 4473 then we will work with you and the manufacturer to help start the warranty claim process. 

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If we issue a refund, note that we will not write a refund check for any of the following reasons.

• You used a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, etc.. gift card for the purchase, refund will be issued to that prepaid card. 
• The card you used has expired, been stolen etc, you have canceled that card and no longer have it, a refund will be issued to that card. The credit card company will refund your account or mail you a check. 
• These measures are in place because someone before you took advantage and filled chargebacks after getting a check. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this will cause 🙁
